Event Sponsorship
Companies and/or individuals may become an Event Sponsor by sponsoring an “Official” or a “Special” event at the MIAAA annual conference. Event Sponsors will be listed in the program and will be recognized at the event. Depending on the level of contribution, event sponsors may also qualify for the benefits of corporate sponsorship.
Official Events:
1. Saturday Social
2. Retired AD Breakfast
3. Leadership Luncheon
4. Conference Banquet
5. Hospitality Suite
6. Spouses Breakfast
7. Continental Breakfasts on Monday and Tuesday
8. Conference Luncheon
9. Conference Gift
Special Events:
1. Presidents Reception
2. Golf, Fishing, and Poker Tournaments
3. Missouri Hospitality Room at the NIAAA Convention
Note: Several of these events currently have sponsors who will have the first option for those events. Sole sponsorship and/or shared sponsorship is possible.
Corporate Sponsorship
Bronze – $500
Company will have a link to their company website placed on the MIAAA website
Silver – Donation of $1,000.
Company will receive all benefits of “Bronze” sponsorship. In addition if company materials are furnished to the MIAAA they will be placed in the registration packet provided to all conference attendees. The corporate logo will be displayed at the conference banquet and luncheon. The company is designated as an “Official MIAAA sponsor”.
Gold – donation of $1,500.
Company will have all benefits of “Bronze” and “Silver” sponsors. In addition they will receive 2 banquet and luncheon tickets and will be introduced at those events. If copy ready advertisement is provided to the MIAAA it will be placed in 2 conference newsletters and the conference program.
Platinum – donation of $3500 or more
Company will have all the benefits of the Gold level, plus the opportunity to address the membership at one of the general meetings.
