Missouri Conference for High School Directors of Athletics Sponsored by Missouri Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (MIAAA) April 1 and 2, 2012 Tan-Tar-A Resort at Lake Ozark, Missouri

Contractural Agreement
This electronic submission of information is a contractural agreement between teh Missouri Interscholastic Athletic Administration Association and the Vendor submitting the electronic information. Vendor agrees to help in any way possible to resolve any unforseen payment disputes with iWantRegistered and the Credit Card Company.

Booth Space
MIAAA agrees to furnish to you as an exhibitor and 8' deep x 10' wide booth. Booths are 8' in height. Additional booth space is available for an additional fee. This space will be used for the display and sale of exhibitor's merchandise during said conference.

Vendor's Fee
Exhibitor agrees to pay MIAAA $350.00 for each 8' x 10' booth. A double booth cost will be $600.00. Additional booths will be $300.00 each. Payment must made when submitting the electronic registration form. Payment can be made one of two ways - 1. Credit Card (PayPal) - (This is are preferred method of payment) A transaction fee will be added to your final check out total to pay for credit card processing and processing fee. 2. Invoice - Vendors can take an invoice and submit payment directly and promptly to iWantRegistered. Details on amount owed and address for mailing payment will be indicated on the Invoice. All monies must be collected by iWantRegistered by 3/29/12 at 11:59 pm to insure booth space. No booth space will be assigned until payments are made in full.

Exhibitor's Responsibilities
A. Set up display between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 noon on Sunday, April 1, 2012. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE EARLY SET-UPS ON SATURDAY SUE TO FACILITY COMMITMENTS. B. Maintains displays at the following times: 12 noon through 4 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2012 and 7:30 a.m. through 12 noon, Monday, April 2, 2012. NO EXHIBITORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN IN EXHIBIT HALL AFTER 3 P.M. MONDAY. C. Find harmless the MIAAA and its representatives from any claim(s) of liability for injury or damage resulting form Exhibitor's acts and participation hereunto and to carry public liability insurance sufficient for this purpose. D. Assumes all risks of loss, damage, or injury to Exhibitors merchandise and representatives. E. Exhibitor's Confirmation
Exhibitor's will receive a notice of confirmation as to booth assignments once all payments have been made.

Vendor Door Prize
As an exhibitor we are asking you to provide a door prize for the Association Membership. You can accpet or decline this invitation along with providing a description of your door prize on the registration form.

Exhibitor's Lunch
Two (2) complimentary box lunch tickets are included in your reservation. If you need would like additional lunch tickets they may be purchased on the entry form for $10.00 each.

Online Payment Fee's
When you register on the iWantRegistered.com using your credit card you will charge a transaction fee for using your credit card. Vendors using the invoice option will not be charged transaction fee. Questions regarding online registration can be answered at inquiry@iWantRegistered.com
